We’re hiring Entry Level Account Managers to support our rapidly growing AT&T campaign. In this role, you’ll work hands-on with customers to present wireless, internet, and home service solutions that meet their specific needs. This position is ideal for someone looking to develop in account management, customer service, and sales, while representing one of the nation’s top telecom providers.
This is a full-time position with weekly pay, uncapped commission, and a clear path toward leadership. Whether you’re new to the field or have some customer-facing experience, we provide the support and mentorship you need to succeed.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing customers in assigned territories
• Present AT&T wireless and internet packages, promotions, and product features
• Guide customers through plan selection, account activation, and service setup
• Recommend tailored solutions to meet household and personal connectivity needs
• Provide follow-up customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Maintain accurate customer records and input all account activity into our CRM
• Support daily and weekly sales targets, outreach strategies, and team goals
• Represent the AT&T brand with professionalism, energy, and a solutions-first mindset
