Our office is seeking motivated, enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team as Entry-Level Account Managers, working directly on behalf of AT&T. In this Entry-Level Account Manager role, you will represent AT&T through in-person interactions with potential customers, delivering world-class customer service while driving sales of AT&T products and services. This Entry-Level Account Manager position is an exciting opportunity to work with a recognized leader in telecommunications while developing valuable skills in customer engagement and sales strategy. You will play a key part in helping AT&T connect communities with the latest technology solutions.

ENTRY-LEVEL ACCOUNT MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; college degree or coursework is a plus but not required.
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and customer needs in fast-paced settings.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance, with the ability to represent AT&T confidently in face-to-face settings.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with potential customers in person to promote and explain AT&T products, services, and current offers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional and approachable representation of the AT&T brand.
  • Attend daily team meetings and training sessions to stay informed on AT&T offerings, promotions, and compliance standards.
  • Assist customers with selecting AT&T solutions tailored to their needs, demonstrating a strong understanding of features and benefits.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and ensure proper processing of sales and service requests.
  • Support customer retention by addressing post-sale questions and concerns in coordination with AT&T support channels.
  • Meet and exceed personal and team sales goals while maintaining the integrity and reputation of AT&T.
