Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day accounting tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and filing

  • Assist with accounts payable and general accounting processes
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  • Perform basic reconciliations and contribute to monthly closing procedures
  • Communicate with vendors and internal staff regarding routine inquiries
  • Help ensure smooth office operations within the finance team
  • Other accounting duties as required

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Post-secondary education in accounting or business (optional but appreciated)
  • Prior experience in an administrative, accounting, or office support role is helpful but not required
  • On-the-job training will be provided
