Accounts Receivable Specialist

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs
• Must be able to learn other accounting software systems
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records
• High school diploma required

• Credit Card Processing
• External Audits – review customer outstanding balances
• Assisting the Accounts Receivable department with editing invoices
• Write off tax exempts
• Internal write offs
• Reach out to customers and update addresses
• Enter customers into automated emailing system
• Assistant Accounts Receivable Manager with other related duties as assigned
