System One is actively seeking an Entry-Level Administrative Assistant for a contract position located onsite in Ironwood, MI or Phillips, WI.
We are seeking an entry-level candidate and welcome applicants who are recent high school graduates or have limited office experience. A college degree is appreciated but not required.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll/time entry systems, assign field crew work via MWM, monitor yearly meter exchanges, and track compliance work.
  • Additional duties include phone/email communication with customers, ordering office supplies, handling mail, and general office support tasks.
  • performing administrative duties like updating time systems, communicating with crews/customers via phone or email, and completing daily office operations.
  • Support the field crews and office operations. Key collaborators will include the hiring manager and field staff.

Administrative Assistant Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Microsoft Office (Excel) proficiency
  • General administrative/office equipment knowledge
  • Customer service experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Reliability and consistency
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Hours: Onsite Monday – Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM
Project Location: Ironwood, MI or Phillips, WI
Contract Duration: 5-Months
Hourly Pay Rate: $18-$19/hr.
