We are looking to hire an Entry Level AT&T Assistant that is focused on prioritizing our customer’s satisfaction and assisting their business telecommunication needs.
As an Entry Level AT&T Assistant, you will serve as the initial point of contact between businesses and our company. This Entry Level AT&T Assistant position is responsible for managing customers’ questions about telecommunication services, managing their accounts and processing orders for them. The Entry Level AT&T Assistant will learn skills in customer service, including conflict resolution, de-escalation, and sales, to help you be successful in this role.

ENTRY LEVEL AT&T ASSISTANT QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail or similar field is preferred
  • Patient, empathetic individuals able to solve problems quickly and effectively
  • Prior working role in a managing accounts, working in an entry level role, or business experience is also a plus
  • Highly organized, able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Time management skills

Responsibilities
  • Engage with business owners and customers, responding promptly to all questions they have regarding our services
  • Assist customers with analyzing available product including wireless and internet, making recommendations tailored to their needs and placing their service order

  • Handle all customer service inquiries, including regarding pricing, service issues, billing policies, and technical support, with patience and empathy
