Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform basic vehicle maintenance services, including: Oil and filter changes Tire rotations, repairs, and replacements Battery testing and replacement Fluid checks and top-offs (coolant, brake, transmission, etc.) Conduct multi-point inspections and report findings to service advisors Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service bay and work area Adhere to all safety procedures and company standards Use proper tools and equipment to perform services efficiently and correctly Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members Follow company training plans to build skills and pursue ASE certifications Assist technicians and other team members as needed Provide excellent customer service and represent the dealership in a professional manner Requirements Tulley Advantage: Competitive Compensation; Paid Time Off: Vacation Time | Personal Time | Holiday Time 401(k) plan with dealer contribution; Employee Assistance Program (EAP); Insurance: Medical, Dental, Vision, Accident Disability Coverage: Short Term & Long Term Voluntary Life and AD&D Coverage; Employer Paid Life Insurance Policy.
