Prior experience as an Express Lube Technician, Automotive Technician or education with an Automotive Technical school preferred Ability to communicate effectively with others. A high level of personal motivation and demonstrated ability to learn and succeed. Basic mathematical aptitude Ability to understand and apply common sense.
