Our client, one of the big 5 banks in Canada, is looking to hire back office investment processing associates to help support their corporate office located in the downtown Toronto area. Please note the following important details: This is an entry level role, with entry level duties and entry level pay This is a hybrid role, requiring you to work in office 4 days a week in the downtown Toronto area. Job Duties include, but are not limited to the following: Process outbound account transfers for retail and registered accounts (e.g., RSP/RRSP) from the banks institution to other financial institutions. Action 30–40 transfer requests per day (volume may vary by complexity and season). Complete accurate data entry and data processing in core systems; update records and maintain audit-ready documentation. Work from an assigned queue: receive daily assignments from the Team Lead, manage your personal worklist, and meet turnaround times. Verify transfer instructions and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy before processing. Resolve routine exceptions (missing information, mismatches, or incomplete requests) by following standard operating procedures and escalating as needed. Must Have Experience/Skills: 6+ Months of Basic Experience Processing Financial Transactions (Withdrawals, Deposits, Transfers, Reconciliations, Etc.)
