ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a proactive Entry-Level Business Analyst to join our team and support automation and process improvement initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in gathering and documenting requirements from stakeholders using Agile methodologies.
• Help design and map business processes with Visio and other modeling tools.
• Support process automation initiatives using MS Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, MS Forms).
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and dashboards to provide visibility into project and HR processes.
• Participate in user acceptance testing and documentation of results.
• Assist with system updates, rollouts, and vendor/system tracking as directed by IT leadership.
• Contribute to project tracking and coordination using project management tools (e.g., Wrike, Jira, or similar).
• Collaborate with senior analysts and IT teams to deliver projects within deadlines.
