QUALIFICATIONS

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an Entry-Level Business Analyst to help with gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and supporting project teams. This role is designed for recent graduates or early professionals who want to learn how to analyze business processes, work with data, and support system implementations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements through meetings, use cases, and process diagrams.
• Support current-state and future-state workflow analysis, helping identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Help prepare requirement documents, specifications, and reports for stakeholder review and sign-off.
• Participate in system and user acceptance testing (UAT), documenting results and tracking issues.
• Assist in data validation and mapping to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business users to clarify requirements and project needs.
• Help prepare project deliverables such as presentations, impact analyses, and documentation.
