QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel; exposure to visualization or query tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable working both independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Work with stakeholders to collect and clarify business requirements.
  • Assist in building process maps, requirement documents, and simple use cases.
  • Support project teams in analyzing data to detect trends, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Contribute to the preparation of project deliverables such as reports, status updates, and presentations.
  • Partner with senior analysts and IT staff to help bridge communication between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide input to project discussions.
