Our team is expanding and we have the opportunity to recruit a new apprentice to join our team and learn about Business, Administration and Customer Service.
This Business and Administration Modern Apprenticeship would suit a recent school or college leaver. This is an early entry career opportunity to learn and train in our business processes.
The role is designed to provide comprehensive training and hands-on experience in the insurance industry. The apprentice will learn about various insurance products, customer service techniques, and sales strategies while working under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Assist in handling customer inquiries, providing information about insurance products, and addressing customer concerns.
Sales Support: Support the sales team by preparing quotes, processing applications, and following up with clients.
Policy Management: Help manage and update customer insurance policies, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Training and Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to gain knowledge about insurance products, industry regulations, and sales techniques.
Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
