Description Corona Millworks is a leading manufacturer of custom cabinet doors, drawer boxes, and cabinet components serving customers throughout the Western United States. Since 1995, we have built our reputation on quality, craftsmanship, service, and teamwork. We are seeking a dependable and motivated Cabinet Production Associate to join our team. This entry-level position supports the daily operations of an assigned manufacturing department and may perform a variety of production-related tasks including material handling, machine operation, assembly, sanding, packaging, quality inspection, and other manufacturing functions as needed. Successful candidates are safety-focused, dependable, willing to learn, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Read and follow production paperwork, work orders, labels, and instructions. Assist with material preparation, machining, sanding, assembly, packaging, and other production-related tasks. Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the manufacturing process. Inspect products throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are met. Identify and report quality concerns, equipment issues, or safety hazards to supervision. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Meet departmental productivity, quality, and attendance expectations. Crosstrain and perform multiple functions within the assigned department as needed. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualification High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or general labor experience preferred but not required. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail. Strong attendance and punctuality. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds with assistance. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, twist, reach, push, and pull frequently. Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands, wrists, and arms. Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment and hand tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions within a manufacturing facility.
