Responsibilities Participate in and complete Hess Services’ CDL training program. Safely operate company vehicles under supervision and in accordance with DOT regulations. Learn to perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Assist with loading, unloading, and securing loads. Maintain accurate logs and documentation as required. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. . Must be able to read, write and speak English. Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to use hand and power tools. Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
