POSITION SUMMARY:

We’re looking for a highly motivated and compassionate Part-Time Chiropractic Assistant to help manage the daily flow of our clinic. This role is essential to our operations, focusing on keeping our practice running smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a friendly, professional demeanor. This position has the potential to grow into a full-time role for the right person.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a chiropractic or medical office is a plus but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who is enthusiastic and a quick learner.
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A reliable and professional demeanor.
  • Massage or therapy knowledge is a significant bonus, as is a willingness to learn new patient care techniques.

    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 19 – 22 per week

Responsibilities
  • Patient Flow Management: Ensure a timely and seamless patient experience. This includes greeting patients, preparing them for their appointments, and guiding them through their care plan.
  • Clinical Support: Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our patients. You will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing treatment rooms between patient visits, preparing them for the next patient, and managing laundry for linens and towels.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with front desk duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and handling patient inquiries.
  • Patient Care (Bonus): For candidates with a background in massage or a desire to learn, there is an opportunity to work directly with patients on therapies and soft tissue work under the doctor’s supervision. We’re looking for someone who is willing to learn and grow their skills in this area.
