Description We are seeking an Entry-Level Staff Civil Engineer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to gain practical, hands-on experience in site engineering. Responsibilities: Assist with in-the-field soil testing and evaluation Support the design of stormwater management BMPs using HydroCAD Assist with the design of on-site sewage disposal systems (Title 5) Conduct site visits, surveys, and field inspections Perform engineering calculations and modeling under the supervision of licensed engineers Prepare engineering designs, plans, and reports using AutoCAD and Carlson software Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Engineering or a related field EIT certification required Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar software preferred Eager to pursue a Massachusetts Soil Evaluator’s certification and eventually a Professional Engineer (PE) license - important credentials for both your success and ours We offer a competitive salary, a collaborative work environment with a team of dedicated civil engineers, and opportunities for professional growth.
