As an Entry-Level Civil Engineer, you’ll gain hands-on experience and personalized mentorship from Professional Engineers while working on impactful infrastructure projects across the Energy, Industrial, and Government sectors-including pipelines, renewable energy facilities, water resources, and more. You will participate in conceptual design, engineering analysis, detailed calculations, and cost estimation.

• Contribute to Meaningful Projects - Support the planning and design of real-world infrastructure like utility systems, landfills, dams, and stream restoration efforts.
• Develop Technical Skills - Create drawings, perform engineering calculations, and assist with specifications, reports, and cost estimates.
• Support Civil Site Design - Help with grading plans, stormwater management, and permitting processes.
• Collaborate with Clients and Teams - Engage directly with clients and teammates to deliver innovative, efficient project solutions
