JOB DESCRIPTION:

As an Entry Level Client Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing client relationships. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met, and providing exceptional service. Your role will involve a mix of administrative tasks, client interactions, and problem-solving to support our clients effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS OF AN ENTRY LEVEL CLIENT SUPPORT ASSOCIATE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role or customer service position.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
