The Opportunity We are seeking a motivated, entry-level CNC Press Brake Operator to join our team on swing shift (2:00pm – 10:30pm). This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in precision fabrication. You'll receive hands-on training operating a 12-foot, 285-ton CNC press brake and work closely with experienced operators, CAD, and Sales to learn best practices in forming, quality, and manufacturability. Backup support for shear operations is also part of this role. Pay range: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour Opportunity for wage growth as skills and responsibilities increase Why should you apply?
