We are looking for hardworking/motivated individuals with good work ethics for our open Entry Level Commercial Service Technician position. You will get the opportunity to learn heating, cooling, building automation, troubleshooting, and maintenance service from the ground up. Advancement opportunities available based on job performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Friendly demeanor and interpersonal skills
• Valid Driver’s License and insurable driving record
• Willing to drive to various jobsites throughout Wisconsin
• Positive and professional attitude
• Technical skills
• Mechanically inclined with interest in troubleshooting and problem solving
• Have some knowledge or experience with hand/power tools
• Committed to making a long-term investment
• Willingness to invest time in training, classes, and independent learning
• Ability to comprehend basic math/algebra skills
• Required to invest in tools used in the trade

• Comply with all safety rules
• Arrive on time daily
• Assist technicians with service repairs, maintenance work, and installations
• Installation and wiring of building automation systems
• Direct interaction with customers in a professional manner
• Ability to be read wiring blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals
• Perform all other duties as assigned to the role
