Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Entry Level Cost Recovery Analyst to join our team in Plano, TX.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Experience in Supply Chain
  • Experience working with contracts
  • Experience working with invoices

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • SAP, Power BI, SQL experience
  • Bachelors degree
Responsibilities
  • Support BGS Managed Parts as a Supply Chain Specialist; act as invoicing focal for CSP & Landing Gear Exchange Over & Above (O&A) billings, under supervision.
  • Verify feasibility of quotes for repair, customer damage, modification, and overhaul; assist with cost analyses and decision support.
  • Assist in reviewing Tear Down Reports (TDR) to determine material damage responsibility and identify opportunities for cost avoidance, with mentorship.
  • Review contract language to determine invoicing eligibility; escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Create and communicate customer billing packages; ensure clarity and alignment with contract terms.
  • Administer billing for Additional Service Requests (ASR) and Landing Gear O&A for multiple airlines; maintain records and support routine invoicing.
  • Support process improvement efforts for CRT Statement of Work; participate in projects and track outcomes.
  • Liaise with Repair Management, Supplier Management, Customer Program Manager, and Component Engineering to help resolve invoice disputes; escalate as needed.
  • Collaborate with Cost Recovery Analysts to help ensure team priorities are accomplished; contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
