ShotVet is seeking skilled call center agents to work On-Site at our Longwood, FL office. Join our growing team of folks who help pet parents find our pop-up events, locate records, purchase products and packages, etc. We are one of the fastest growing companies in America! Minimum Qualifications: * Love for dogs and cats * Enjoy helping people in a calm and loving way * Can handle multiple calls and chats * Desire to learn about different veterinary vaccines and products * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Hours: * WEEKEND WEEK REQUIRED - Ideal schedule Full-Time, with days off- Tuesday & Wednesday * 7am - 3pm AND 12pm - 9pm shifts; Needs to be able to work either shift * Pay is Hourly Rate Preferred Qualifications: * Prior exposure to Dialpad * Experience in a call center or veterinary setting * Bilingual in English and Spanish Responsibilities: * Answering incoming calls / chats and responding to client inquiries and concerns * Providing accurate information about our services and products * Scheduling appointments and coordinating with our field team * Maintaining client records and updating our database * Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
