Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers. Assist in troubleshooting common issues and provide effective solutions. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries have been resolved satisfactorily. Qualifications Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; prior customer service experience is a plus but not required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is advantageous. Proficient in using computers and basic software applications.
