How You Will Make an Impact: The Load Out Technician plays a critical role in supporting logistics operations by remotely coordinating the loading of finished product shipments. This position ensures accurate data entry, seamless documentation, and safe, efficient loading activities—even during system interruptions. Success in this role requires strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset to deliver a smooth, professional experience for truck drivers and logistics partners. This role is based onsite at our office in Austin, TX - $18/HOUR! This role is 12-hour shift that includes overtime and generous time off. Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off What You’ll Do Coordinate and execute truck loading operations remotely, following established procedures Deliver exceptional customer service while balancing efficiency, throughput, and timing Accurately enter truck and shipment data; process documentation manually when systems are unavailable Perform and document daily inspections, escalating safety, equipment, or process concerns as needed Assist with troubleshooting operational or equipment issues, involving the appropriate teams when required Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized work environment What You Bring High school diploma or GED required Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance guidelines, and procedure manuals Strong data entry and basic computer skills Basic math proficiency Clear written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills, including problem-solving, empathy, and a team-oriented mindset What You Will Love About Us Best People and Team.
