Responsibilities

We’re looking for a smart, driven, entry-level Data Analyst who’s ready to learn, grow, and contribute to crafting paid media reports and insights across platforms—including search, social, display, streaming, and more. You’ll support the VP of Analytics & Operations, helping shape how we communicate performance to clients and power our media engine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain client-facing dashboards and reports for paid media performance (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, OTT, Display, etc.).
  • Extract, clean, and merge performance data from multiple platforms into coherent insights.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity.
  • Identify and highlight trends or insights that can drive smarter media decisions.
  • Support ad-hoc requests from leadership—whether that’s a deep dive into campaign performance or help preparing for a client presentation.
  • Collaborate with account managers to ensure reports align with client expectations and goals.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Recent graduate or senior/grad student in Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets—comfortable with pivot tables, lookups, and formulas.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of paid media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) is preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Clear, confident communicator—able to translate numbers into narrative.
  • Self-directed, organized, able to juggle multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
