Description The Rasmussen group is looking for an entry-level Diesel Technician to keep our heavy construction equipment and fleet in top shape. If you're ready to roll up your sleeves, troubleshoot issues, and grow your skills, this is your chance - plus, enjoy a 4-day work week on 2nd shift for better work-life balance! Perform basic maintenance like oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks Inspect equipment and report any issues Keep your work area safe and organized Work with a great team in a busy shop environment Requirements High school diploma or GED 1 year of mechanical/ maintenance experience preferred (but we’ll train the right person) Valid driver's license (CDL a plus) Must provide your own tools Able to work in a hands-on, physical role Why Rasmussen? Base Pay: $20-25+ an hour, depending on experience 4 Day work Week! Monday - Thursday 4pm - 2:30am. Up to $1000 Annual Tool Reimbursement Paid weekly on Fridays!
