About the Role We are expanding our Digital Signage Operations team and seeking a motivated Entry-Level Support Technician. The role is ideal for candidates who want to build a strong career in Digital Signage, IT support, and CMS platforms. Full training is provided. Key Responsibilities • Daily monitoring of digital signage devices across multiple CMS platforms • First-level incident handling & remote troubleshooting • Content deployment checks (playlists, schedules, verification) • Ticket creation & documentation in our helpdesk system • Communication with field engineers when required Required Skills • Excellent command of English (written & spoken) • Strong computer & networking fundamentals • Ability to troubleshoot step-by-step • Team spirit & willingness to learn • Attention to detail and proper documentation habits Nice to Have • Experience with Digital Signage CMS (MagicInfo, LG, etc.) • Previous helpdesk experience What We Offer • Competitive salary package • Private health insurance • Continuous training on the job • Modern working environment & growth opportunities • Participation in large-scale international DS projects
