JOB DESCRIPTION

AECOM is currently seeking an Entry Level Document Control Specialist to join our office in San Francisco, California.
This position is expected to begin in August 2025.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist the Program Director and Program Administrator with the continued rollout and utilization of client’s document management system (SharePoint)
  • Coordinate with client to implement the document retention policy.
  • Oversee and confirm client acceptance of all contract deliverables and documents such as contract management documents (NTP, NOC, CRF), critical reports, plans, presentations, and meeting summaries.
  • Archive all pertinent documentation and deliver requested hard copies for client needs.
  • Creation and organization of tracking documents.
  • Provide as-needed or as-requested hard copy production/reproduction of documents such as deliverables, contract documents and non-deliverable documents.
  • Provide SharePoint end-user training for new and existing staff.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications or a related field + none or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • Due to the nature of work, US Citizenship is required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to understand general engineering documents.
  • Experience using SharePoint and Microsoft Suite
