JOB OVERVIEW:

Zoho is seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Email Marketing Specialist to join our enterprise marketing team. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual eager to kickstart their career in digital marketing with an emphasis on email marketing. You’ll support the creation, execution, and optimization of email campaigns that drive engagement, nurture leads, and promote our software solutions to enterprise clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Experience: Internships, coursework, or personal projects in marketing or digital tools are a plus. Experience with AI, design or video editing tools are a huge plus!

SKILLS:

  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms or a willingness to learn quickly.
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of audience segmentation and campaign management
  • Able to think outside the box and do things differently than the standard business
  • Adaptable attitude and willingness to help with social media marketing and other digital marketing campaigns as needed.
  • Resourceful- have a curious mindset with a desire to figure things out before asking for answers.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or relevant work experience.)

Responsibilities
  • Email Campaign Support: Assist in building and sending email campaigns using Zoho’s CRM and Marketing Automation platforms.

  • Content Coordination: Collaborate with the content and design teams to gather content (e.g., copy, images, CTAs) and ensure emails align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.

  • List Management: Maintain and segment email lists based on customer data, ensuring accurate targeting for enterprise prospects and clients.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor basic email metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates) and compile reports to share with the team on a weekly basis.
  • A/B Testing: Run A/B tests for subject lines, content, or send times to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Compliance: Ensure all emails adhere to best practices and regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR) with guidance from senior team members.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside demand generation, content, and design teams to support cohesive email marketing efforts that highlight our enterprise solutions.
