If you’re excited by big challenges, breakthrough technologies, and building something that lasts, we want you on our team.
Position Overview
We’re seeking a hands-on Entry-Level Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Computer Science) who thrives at the intersection of engineering, IT, and operations. This is an on-site role only—all positions at FluoroFusion are based at our main facility (M–F).
This role is perfect for a college graduate eager to learn quickly, wear multiple hats, and grow into a leadership role. You’ll be immersed in industrial automation, production and maintenance engineering, and IT systems, supporting everything from process optimization to network infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

  • Support daily production and maintenance engineering activities.
  • Manage and troubleshoot network switches, phone systems, printers, and IT support.
  • Partner with finance to support the launch of our ERP system (2026).
  • Contribute to greenfield facility start-up and national equipment rollouts.
  • Support company-wide communications systems and end-user technology.
  • Assist with carbon credit project development, advancing sustainability goals.
  • Travel to remote sites for deployments, commissioning, and training.
  • Document improvements and build scalable best practices.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering—or Computer Science.
  • Strong IT/networking background, able to bridge engineering with IT systems.
  • Curious problem-solver with hands-on technical skills (internships or projects a plus).
  • Strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional teamwork.
  • Self-starter who excels in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support scaling operations.

  • U.S. sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
  • Competitive salary + full benefits package.
