UNEW is currently looking for an Entry Level Engineer to join our growing team. You will support the design, development, and inspection of a wide variety of complex parts. Responsibilities: * Perform inspections of a wide variety of complex parts using state of the art computer aided inspection techniques * Interface with Senior Engineering personnel to coordinate inspection of parts * Prepare required inspection documentation such as written descriptions of inspection results including deviations from engineering specifications in accordance with established ISO17025 procedures * Provide technical support to Integrated Product Development team and all UNEW design and development activities * Review all designed products for conformance to UNEW standards * Prepare and/or edit detailed drawings and completed mechanical drawings and layouts of components and assemblies from notes, verbal instructions and rough or detailed sketches for engineering or manufacturing purposes * Develop CAD models from scan data using state of the art reverse engineering software * Disposition of Non Conforming hardware Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering * 0-2 years’ experience * Knowledge of basic engineering principles * Analytical and problem-solving skills * Experience with CAD software, Siemens NX a plus * Scripting experience, a plus * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) * This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status.
