Job Duties: Conduct disassembly, reassembly, and installation of components related to the fuselage tank conversion Utilize specialized tools and equipment to perform maintenance and modification tasks Collaborate with aerospace engineers, modification specialists, and quality assurance inspectors to ensure successful project completion Conduct functional tests and inspections to verify the integrity and performance of the modified tank Maintain detailed records of work performed, including logs, reports, and documentation required for compliance Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements set by aviation authorities and company policy Perform routine maintenance and calibration of systems and equipment Identify and report any problems, defects, or malfunctions to senior engineers or technicians Performs all other duties as assigned Requirements To qualify for this position, you must possess the following: A High School diploma or equivalent Must be a United States Citizen and possess the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Preferred qualifications include: IPC Electronic Wiring and Soldering Certificate Experience using power and hand tools Mechanical and/or electrical experience One year of relevant work experience Benefits We want to invest into you and your future; here’s how: For all regular, full time employees, we offer: Employer shared Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Employer paid Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and Basic Life Insurance 401(k) Plan with Matching Contributions Paid Time Off Eleven (11) Paid Holidays Work-Life Balance Awesome and Rewarding Culture!
