Description Environmental due diligence including Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments and remediation Perform air and soil sampling. Perform field inspections and environmental investigations. Assist in writing technical reports including the preparation of technical reports, specifications, and plans; data management and evaluation; environmental assessment and remediation. Requirements Critical thinking and mechanical skills that together demonstrate the ability to solve problems with ingenuity. Written communication and analytical skills that demonstrate the ability to construct a proper sentence, with attention to detail, for technical reports and proposals. Organizational skills that demonstrate the ability to self-monitor, multi-task and be proactive. Interpersonal skills that demonstrate the ability to maintain professional candor and work within a team to meet established deadlines. Computer skills that demonstrate proficiency in MS Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint). previous experience preferred, but not required. Ability to read and interrupt environmental regulations and policy. Ability to work outside in extreme weather conditions (heat and cold).
