Job Description Job Summary We are seeking an organized and enthusiastic Entry Level Event Coordinator to assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of events and promotional activities. Responsibilities Assist in planning and organizing events and promotional activities. Support event logistics including setup, scheduling, and coordination. Help manage event materials, supplies, and displays. Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth event execution. Support guest registration and attendee engagement. Assist with on-site event operations and troubleshooting. Gather feedback from attendees and assist with post-event reporting. Maintain records related to event activities and performance. Represent the company professionally during all events. Perform additional event-related duties as assigned.
