Key Responsibilities Assist in coordinating event logistics including venue setup, registration, and guest services. Support the event planning team with administrative tasks and documentation. Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to confirm details and arrangements. Help manage event schedules and timelines to ensure all activities run smoothly. Assist with on-site event support, including troubleshooting and participant coordination. Qualifications Requirements Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software is an advantage.
