Key Responsibilities As an Events Assistant, you will work closely with our nonprofit partners to bring their missions to life through live events and public engagement. Your daily tasks may include: Assisting with planning and executing events, fundraisers, and community outreach campaigns. Supporting event logistics: setup, registration, signage, volunteer coordination, and on-site operations. Engaging with donors, supporters, and the public to share campaign goals and encourage participation. Managing promotional materials and event supplies to ensure smooth execution. Collecting and updating donor data, assisting with reporting, and post-event follow-ups. Collaborating with internal teams and nonprofit partners to ensure successful event outcomes. Participating in training sessions and team meetings to further develop outreach and event skills.
