Responsibilities

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage Complex Schedules: Organize and coordinate intricate calendars, ensuring seamless scheduling of meetings and travel arrangements to optimize time for senior leaders.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare, format, and proofread high-quality documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring they meet specific requirements and uphold the firm’s standards of excellence.
  • Facilitate Communication: Act as a key point of contact between Partners and both internal and external stakeholders, you will be responsible for fostering effective communication and supporting the smooth flow of information.

To be considered for this role you must have

  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or team assistant role, with a desire to advance to an executive assistant position.
  • High motivation and the ability to work under pressure while managing stakeholder expectation

Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in document preparation and formatting.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office suites and practical experience with technology and software associated with travel bookings, expense processing, customer management, and workflow
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence with dealing with all different types of stakeholders
  • A decisive team player with the ability to navigate multiple teams with sound judgment regarding confidential and sensitive matter
