Key Responsibilities For Our Entry Level Fiber Internet Associate:

  • Actively engage with potential customers in designated residential areas, presenting and selling Rogers’ fiber internet packages.
  • Become a subject matter expert on Rogers’ fiber internet services, effectively communicating features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Strategically plan and execute daily sales routes to maximize customer engagement and meet sales targets within your assigned territory.
  • Develop strong, positive relationships with prospective customers, building trust and rapport to drive sales and foster long-term loyalty.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify the best internet solutions for each customer, offering personalized recommendations.
  • Accurately complete and process all sales contracts and customer information, ensuring a seamless and efficient sign-up process.
  • Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions, sharing insights and collaborating with colleagues to collectively achieve company goals.
  • Provide valuable feedback to the leadership team on market trends, customer reactions, and competitor activity to help refine sales strategies.

Entry Level Fiber Internet Associate Essential Qualifications:
