The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong understanding of logistics and transportation. Duties, and Responsibilities: Process freight bills and invoices accurately and efficiently Verify and reconcile billing discrepancies Communicate with carriers and customers to resolve billing issues Ensure timely payment and delivery of goods Maintain accurate records of billing and payment information Assist with other administrative tasks as needed Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in freight billing or related field is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of logistics and transportation industry preferred Physical Requirements: This position will require the ability to sit or stand for long periods. Use of computer, including a mouse, keyboard, monitor, printer, with or without reasonable accommodations.
