• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering (or related technical field)

• EIT certification or intent to pursue it

• Strong grasp of engineering principles and eagerness to grow professionally

• Interest in working in the field and office, learning hands-on

• Must be coachable, self-driven, and willing to relocate to Fort Wayne

Experience:

• coursework in geotechnical engineering: 2 years (Required)

• Assist with evaluating project soils data, geological literature, site surveys, and subsurface conditions

• Collaborate with in-house engineers, clients, architects, and project stakeholders

• Help prepare geotechnical and foundation recommendation reports

• Support soil classification efforts and site visits as needed

• 
  
• Participate in lab testing, data analysis, and office-based technical work

• 
  
• Learn and progress into performing engineering calculations, analysis, and full report writing

• Maintain quality and safety standards on all projects
