Job Description A DAY IN THE LIFE Work in conjunction with Sales Executives on Administrative sales duties Travel on-board charters Assist Sales Executives on charter process; from qualifying through quoting, Establishes good relationships with clients and team Build wide and effective networks of contacts inside and outside the organization Pro-actively targeting your list through outbound sales calls, emails, and visits Balances the demands of a work life and a personal life Keep up to date with market trends; controls costs and thinks in terms of profit, loss and added value Adapts to the team, consults others and communicates proactively Contracting and flight setup Move clients to the next step in the sales process Building a wide and effective network of contacts inside and outside organization Qualifications WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Excellent phone etiquette Willing to learn and adaptable Interest in aviation and sales High attention to detail Confident individual Resilient Open to travel Client facing A balance between sales and sales support Ability to commit to our training program, read below for more information.
