We’re looking for a motivated HSE Administrator Intern to join our International HSE team and support our daily activities, ensuring compliance with Italian health and safety regulations. This internship is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the operational side of HSE and learn how safety programs are implemented within a dynamic, international company. Location: Milan Reporting to: Senior Operations Project Manager These are some of the key components to the position: Support the HSE team in daily tasks related to safety and environmental compliance. Help organise and update safety documentation, including training records, checklists, and reports. Assist with monitoring and managing safety equipment (inventory, checks, and maintenance schedules). Coordinate safety trainings and accurately track employee certifications. Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries following audits or inspections. Participate in safety walks and inspections to support the identification of potential risks. Collaborate with local teams to actively promote a safety culture and awareness among employees. What will you bring to the team? Bachelor’s degree (or currently studying) in Environmental Science, Safety Management, or a related field. A genuine interest in health, safety, and environmental topics. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides). Fluent in both Italian and English is essential. Basic knowledge of Italian HSE regulations is a valuable plus, but not required. Perks of the Internship 💰 We value your contribution.
