In this position, you will: Respond to and manage IT support tickets Assist users via email, chat, and in-person support Troubleshoot common IT issues, including: Password resets and login problems WiFi and connectivity issues Printers, peripherals, and basic hardware Collaborate closely with senior technicians to build foundational IT skills ✅ Why This Role? Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Coppell, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.25 - $18.00/hr.
