Description:
Revitalize Marketing is now hiring an Entry Level HR Administrative Assistant who is highly attentive to details, a team player, and a self-starter to join our expanding administrative team in our Saint John office!
The successful HR Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to all functions of the business, including responding to general inquiries, assisting with recruiting activities, and maintaining the seamless flow of day-to-day office operations.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level HR Administrative Assistant:
- Perform recruitment activities including resume screenings, phone screenings, scheduling interviews, and occasionally conducting preliminary online interviews.
- Develop new and creative ways to find, screen, interview, and hire the right people.
- Build relationships and communicate consistently and proactively throughout the recruitment process to ensure all participants in the hiring process are updated and well informed.
- Respond to all phone, email, and text inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Coordinate all activities surrounding scheduling within the department including interviews with prospective new-hires.
- Ensure all paper and electronic files are maintained in good order and logged in the appropriate systems.
- Proactively monitor the administrative and recruiting needs of the office to successfully increase the operations of day-to-day activities.
- Other tasks and duties as assigned.
Qualifications of the Entry Level HR Administrative Assistant:
- 1-2 years’ experience in an office environment performing administrative duties, preferably in human resources or recruitment.
- Strong organization and computer skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience using g-suite, including gmail, google calendars, google docs, and google sheets is an asset. Experience using excel spreadsheets is a plus.
- Ability to communicate with diverse groups in various situations and maintain confidentiality with sensitive matters.
- Ability to work in a multifaceted environment, handle stressful situations, and take initiative to foster continuous improvement within the department.
