  • Well Established Company
  • Basic $2,000 - $3,000 + AWS + VB
  • Working location: Ubi
  • Working Days: Monday - Friday + 1 Saturday per month
  • WORKING HOURS:MONDAY TO FRIDAY: 9.00AM – 6.15PMSaturday (once a month): 9.00am – 1.00pm

Responsibilities :

  • Help with hiring by posting job ads, sorting applications, and arranging interviews.
  • Conduct orientation for new employees and exit interview f or resign employees
  • Preparation of HR related letters (Letter of Appointment, Confirmation, manpower requisition Letter etc)
  • Coordinate with external vendors with regards to HR activities.
  • Maintaining of employee files and HR filing system
  • Assist in Employee record and attendance maintenance
  • Assist with payroll by calculating overtime, incentives, and commissions.
  • Support HR tasks such as work pass applications, updating staff addresses, and processing claims (transport, meals, medical, etc.).
  • Help manage company vehicle and insurance matters.
  • Support safety and health measures in the workplace.Other ad hoc duties as assigned,

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Human Resource Management or Office Admin
  • Able to commmit for Overtime when requiredTranining will be provided for those without/with leeser experience
