Our client, one of Canada’s Big 5 Banks, is looking to add junior-level Investment Tax Administrators to their corporate team in downtown Toronto. This is a hybrid role — successful candidates must be comfortable working onsite 4 days a week. ⚠️ Please Note: This is an entry-level opportunity with entry-level compensation and responsibilities. Ideal for recent grads or early-career professionals looking to break into the banking world! 🔍 Must-Have Skills & Experience: Strong communication skills (English – written and verbal) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) Minimum 6 months of tax slip related experience (internships, school volunteering, etc.) 💼 What You’ll Be Doing: Respond to Written Inquiries: Handle customer and partner inquiries in a call center environment promptly and professionally, ensuring responses are accurate, clear, and meet established service level agreements. Resolve Issues Effectively: Address customer or partner concerns on the first interaction whenever possible, using sound judgment to escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary. Provide Tax Information: Deliver accurate and easy-to-understand guidance on tax reporting requirements, processes, and deadlines to customers and internal partners. Generate Tax Documentation: Prepare and issue various tax slips across multiple lines of business, ensuring compliance with CRA regulations and filing requirements.
