As our team grows, we’re seeking a reliable, tech-savvy individual to join us as an Entry-Level IT Helpdesk Technician.

POSITION OVERVIEW

This is a hands-on, entry-level role designed for individuals looking to start a career in IT. You’ll be the first point of contact for technical support within the company, assisting with hardware and software troubleshooting, account setups, and maintaining day-to-day IT operations. You’ll gain exposure to both Windows and Linux environments while learning real-world skills in a professional but friendly setting.

Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line support to employees for basic IT issues and questions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on Windows and Linux workstations
  • Assist with setup and maintenance of employee computers, printers, and related equipment
  • Manage user accounts and access using Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, etc.)
  • Monitor and respond to helpdesk requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Document support processes and solutions for future reference
  • Collaborate with IT staff on larger projects and system upgrades
  • Maintain a tidy and organized work area for IT equipment and tools
