Here’s how the training program helps you get exactly where you want to be: In the first 3 months, you’ll get to know our organization, products, and systems at the Front Office of the IT Service Desk. You’ll answer IT-related questions from colleagues via phone, email, chat, Teams, or the Service Portal Next, you’ll move to the IT Service Point in The Hague, where you’ll provide colleagues with laptops and peripherals and handle IT-related inquiries at the service desk. We also maintain a Teams channel where users can track the status of any disruptions Once you’re comfortable at both the Front Office and the Service Point, you’ll be flexibly deployed across both teams. You’ll also have the opportunity to visit an NN IT Service Point at another location You’ll start various training courses right away. Which ones? That’s up to you! You’ll earn certifications in ITIL, Agile Scrum, and MS-900.
