Day‑to‑day, you’ll: Respond to and resolve IT support tickets Assist users via email, chat, phone, and in‑person Troubleshoot common issues such as: Password resets and login problems WiFi and basic connectivity issues Printers, peripherals, and entry‑level hardware support Shadow and work closely with senior technicians to build strong IT fundamentals Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Coppell, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.25 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
